Caravan to Bethlehem - The faith and obedience of the Wise Men to God's sign of the star is captured in this musical journey across the sands to Bethlehem. Along the way there's a stop at Herod's house, but very quickly you once again feel the sway of the camels. Sparkling mallet techniques and chimes find the travelers kneeling before the Christ child. With a four-measure "warning", they're off again toward home as the music fades into the distance. Optional percussion includes triangle, finger cymbals, and tambourine. "Caravan to Bethlehem" is fresh and different for Christmas!
